ICQ² Linux GUI 0.2.23a

This small update to the public Linux GUI changes the account-entry accent
to the approved pastel #FFFEA6, uses the ICQ² wordmark, and keeps text readable
with light and dark desktop palettes. Existing public form geometry is retained.

Supported target: Linux Mint 22.3 / Ubuntu 24.04 x86-64, glibc >= 2.39,
Qt >= 6.4. Other distributions and architectures are not newly certified.

Use ICQ2-GUI-0.2.23a-linux-x86_64.deb for the graphical bootstrap installer.
For a direct per-user installation, verify the detached Ed25519 signature
and run the accompanying install.sh with the archive, signature and public key.
The existing production update key remains unchanged.

Signed automatic updates retain the GUI-specific friends feed and activate
at a safe restart. Accounts, local history, preferences and user autostart
choices are preserved. GUI and terminal installations remain separate.
