ICQ² Linux TUI 0.2.24a

This small update to the public terminal client uses the actual superscript
character in its own human-readable help, demo, startup and installer labels.
The terminal layout, colors, commands and protocol behavior are unchanged.

Supported target: Linux Mint 22.3 / Ubuntu 24.04 x86-64, glibc >= 2.39.
Other distributions and architectures are not newly certified.

Use ICQ2-0.2.24a-linux-x86_64.deb for the bootstrap installer.
For a direct per-user installation, verify the detached Ed25519 signature
and run the accompanying install.sh with the archive, signature and public key.
The existing production update key remains unchanged.

Signed automatic updates retain the terminal-specific friends feed and
activate at a safe restart. Accounts, local history, preferences and user
autostart choices are preserved. GUI and terminal installations remain separate.
