Changes since Windows 0.2.06a:
- Improved connection liveness and reconnection, preserving manual status and
  durable message delivery across retries.
- Optional Support Diagnostics, off by default, with explicit temporary consent,
  immediate withdrawal and expiry, and renewed confirmation after restart.
- Bounded connection observations only: no message bodies, contacts, profile
  contents, passwords, tokens or arbitrary log upload.
- Durable consent generations and exact timestamps in per-UIN Preferences
  schema 8 prevent stale responses from restoring withdrawn consent.
- Existing SoWhaat art, Ctrl+Enter, Ctrl+S, taskbar unread counts, saved state,
  and signed-update automatic relaunch remain available.

This client does not deploy or enable server-side diagnostics. Missing diagnostic
endpoints fail closed independently of ordinary messaging. The messaging protocol
and server are unchanged by this Windows release.

Use Menu > Check for Updates in the installed client. It verifies the full
download before Windows requests permission to run Setup. Confirm only the
verified publisher I Seek You Too LLC. A successful update from 0.2.06a should
relaunch automatically. If you cancel the Windows prompt, the update is not
installed. Store and older mirrors may still install 0.2.06a; update in-app.

Account data and history are preserved. Local message bodies use Windows DPAPI;
metadata is not encrypted. The database is tied to the Windows profile and is
not a portable export. Loss of a profile or administrative password reset can
make protected data inaccessible. No export/recovery UI is provided. This is not
end-to-end encryption. Do not downgrade a migrated profile to test updates.

Shared product numbering spans platforms: 0.2.07a and 0.2.08a are Android
allocations, not missing Windows releases. This update does not release Unix
or Android clients. MSIX Store servicing remains future work.
